Client
Buldok Marketing s.r.o.
Buldok Marketing stands at the forefront of the marketing landscape, expertly crafting opportunities for businesses in the realms of technology, manufacturing, and industrial automation. The agency delivers dynamic marketing strategies designed to enhance efficiency and drive growth in the digital arena. They offer an extensive suite of services including Inbound Marketing, PPC, SEO, Content Marketing, Web Design, HubSpot tools, and Social Media management.
The journey of Buldok Marketing has been one of continuous growth, mirroring the evolution of their website. Over time, they have expanded their offerings to include additional services and a robust Hubspot integration, honing their expertise in these areas. In 2022, the agency took a bold step to completely overhaul their website, meticulously refining its structure to ensure a seamless flow of information throughout. This redesign prioritised clarity, user-friendliness, and an exceptional user experience, all aimed at effectively engaging their target audience and generating valuable leads.
Based on the business analysis and the specialized area of Hubspot solutions in marketing, I designed a complex solution that was unified in terms of Information Architecture and optimized graphic design, but also cost-optimized for early launch. We planned an MVP version and the gradual addition of subsequent pages up to the complete product. This initial version is currently live, and we are working on expanding the website and planning future optimization so that it meets not only user expectations, but also the strategy and business goals.
01/ Original Solution
I thoroughly examined the existing website’s content, identified key areas ripe for enhancement, and crafted a fresh structure for the new site based on business needs and website’s analytics.

02/ Ideation & Wireframes
Low-fidelity Wireframes
To achieve the site’s objectives while maximising conversion rates and enhancing user experience, I crafted wireframes for the entire platform, incorporating a strategic vision for the initial MVP version. This approach not only provided me with the flexibility needed to adapt but also streamlined the entire process, ensuring timely completion of the site.

High-fidelity Wireframes
Following the approval of the wireframes for the complete website, I turned my attention to the UI of the MVP version. I crafted vibrant colour palettes and a typography style that not only embodied the essence of the business but also distinguished it from competitors. The initial phase involved developing a light theme for the MVP. Upon review, we decided to introduce a dark theme as well. The dark theme was ultimately selected for the MVP launch.

03/ Key Takeaways & What I learned
The website overhaul has revitalised the information architecture, enhancing the site’s visual appeal and reinforcing the agency’s brand identity. With a contemporary design, engaging copy, and a strong emphasis on user needs over mere service promotion, the feedback from clients has been overwhelmingly positive, even at the MVP stage.
I found it utterly captivating to explore the nuances of HubSpot services and their seamless integration into the Buldok Marketing ecosystem. This venture not only harnesses the power of HubSpot but also showcases a range of proprietary services. Crafting a website that highlights this diverse array of offerings, with a strong emphasis on the needs of B2B clients and featuring two distinct thematic variations, was an exhilarating challenge from a design perspective.
